These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Member", or "you") and Pedana4D governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available via https://pedana4d.cam.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

4.5 Pedana4D recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.
5.1 The Platform is intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial exploitation, resale, or systematic exploitation of Platform content, odds, or data is prohibited without prior written consent from Pedana4D.

6.1 Pedana4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
6.2 All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

7.1 Pedana4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the promotion's launch. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and any game-contribution weightings will be clearly specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
7.3 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple instances of a promotion using duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account closure.
7.4 Pedana4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to Members who have already opted in and met eligibility criteria at the time of modification.
7.5 Bonus Funds credited in error — whether due to technical malfunction, human error, or any other reason — remain the property of Pedana4D and may be reclaimed at any time.
8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the Platform's cancellation or cash-out features. Members should review bet slips carefully before confirmation.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pedana4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 Pedana4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 Pedana4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
12.2 Upon legitimate Account closure (not due to breach), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Platform or interpretation of these Terms, Members are encouraged to contact Pedana4D support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Pedana4D commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism of the Platform's licensing authority, as specified in the applicable licensing terms.
15.1 Pedana4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via platform notification or email to the registered address at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where regulatory requirements necessitate immediate implementation.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
